| 6:56 am | Being a mom and training both is hard but thank god that London has gotten to the age where we can take her to the gym with us some which is a major plus. |

| 10:53 pm | World Champion...wow it's been months and it still hasn't totally sunk in yet. I've been back in the gym for a month or two now gearing up for this year's nationals and the olympic trials in hopes that i will make the olympic team. |
